Birmingham vs Huddersfield
Two teams in contrasting form, Birmingham win-less in the last five and suffering three defeats. Huddersfield in contrast, unbeaten in five with three draws in a row.
Huddersfield were impressive against Ipswich and were unlucky to pick up just a point, much down to the heroics of Hladky. Birmingham on the other hand were beaten easily by Norwich.
The big problem for Birmingham is goals – they started really well but in the last five, the goals have dried up considerably.

Ipswich vs Hull
Potential to be the game of the matchday, 2nd vs 5th and both teams in great form. Ipswich far from our best away at Huddersfield, but we found a way to sneak a crucial point late on. We missed Broadhead and skipper Morsy (who is back in for tonight) massively, both contenders for our best performer this season.
Hull, unbeaten in eight games have a fabulous away record and will be looking to get back to winning ways after a disappointing draw at home to Plymouth in a game they largely dominated. Philogene-Bidace has come into fine form and I’m looking forward to his battle against Davis tonight.
Ipswich last four results at Portman Road are 3-4, 3-2, 4-3, 3-2, so there is a good chance of a high-scoring game tonight.

Middlesbrough vs Cardiff
Another potential cracker and a game I am struggling to call. Middlesbrough have woken up and found some form, winning the last couple of games. Cardiff have been in even better form winning their last four games in a row and sneaking into the play-offs.
Both teams have been suspect at the back at times, so a high scoring draw feels the best bet.

Plymouth vs Millwall
Plymouth have been very inconsistent but Home Park has been a fortress in recent times and a place where very few teams leave with something. In their last home game, they murdered Norwich 6-2 in devastating fashion.
Millwall are in poor form and have struggled for goals all season; they suffered an embarrassing 3-0 defeat at home to a struggling Swansea. I can’t see any other result here than a convincing Plymouth win to put Rowett under serious pressure.

Stoke vs Southampton
A fascinating game, both teams ended their respective ruts with surprise and impressive victories against Bristol City and Leeds, relieving pressure on both managers.
Both teams are underachieving and will want to push on and get on a good run. Both teams are poor defensively and have good attacking players so it could be a high-scoring game.

West Brom vs Sheffield Wednesday
Sheffield Wednesday are in a serious mess: the owner and manager are terrible, players playing out of position and no clear identity.
West Brom fresh off a devastating 4-0 win away at Preston that nobody saw coming – it’s quite inevitable that West Brom will win comfortably tonight.
